50% of Earth’s small glaciers will be GONE by 2100
2010 tied 2005 as the warmest year on record and marked the 14th consecutive year of above-average temps. Although this is good news in terms of delaying the next ice age, it’s terrible news for Earth’s glaciers, which are melting at an alarming rate. Read the story here
