Paul Wright comes from The Wirral near Liverpool in the UK. He started podcasting in 2012 with the Ten Forward podcast and went on to produce/direct and star in Pathfinder; an audio comedy/drama based on the Star Trek universe. In 2015 Paul asked Shawn Vanderloo to join him a new podcast venture called the Sci Fi Waffle podcast. After filling in for Shawn on an episode of the Rusted Robot podcast with Dan Hitch, all three of them decided, due to their great chemistry and friendship, they should podcast together and thus the Cosmic Pizza Podcast was born.
