‘Family Circus’ creator Bil Keane dies at 89

By AMANDA LEE MYERS, Assoicate Press Source: Yahoo.com Bil Keane, the cartoonist whose “Family Circus” mixed humor with traditional family values, entertaining readers for nearly a half-century, died Tuesday. He was 89. Claudia Smith, a spokeswoman for the comic distributor King Features Syndicate, said no other details were immediately available.

Former Spider-Man musical director sues producers for idea theft
