Thunderbirds are go for a new series (But will there be puppets?)
The British children’s TV show Thunderbirds—filmed in Supermarionation (an artsy phrase for “puppets”)—was HUGELY successful when it aired in 1965 and 1966. It had spaceships, explosions, intrigue—everything you WOULDN’T expect from a puppet show. And now we’re about to get a remake. Read the story here
