CasterQuest Ep106 “The Wise Man’s Fear” Ch 92-93: Thunderstruck

This episode recaps chapters 92 & 93 of “The Wise Man’s Fear”, the second novel in the best-selling Fantasy series in our ongoing “The Kingkiller Chronicle” book club by Patrick Rothfuss.

Kvothe and his crew have miraculously survived their encounter with the bandits- but extreme actions are bound to have consequences.

How will everyone treat Kvothe in the aftermath of the battle? We take some time to tend our wounds, bury the bodies, and wonder where the heck the bandit leader got off to.

Tempi wants to take music lessons, Dedan and Hespe may have finally made things facebook official, and Marten isn’t quite sure he wants to be around Kvothe anymore.

It’s time to gather some loot, reward ourselves for a job well done, and ponder whether this whole scene was scripted out to AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck”.
